1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, "megakiss", "we", "platform", or "website" refers to the online casino platform operating under the domain megakiss.org. "Member", "you", or "user" refers to any individual who has registered and is using the services provided by megakiss.

7 Liability Limits

Megakiss makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption 24 hours a day. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.

Megakiss is not liable for losses arising from: betting decisions made based on inaccurate information from external sources; internet connection disruptions on the player's end during an active game session; or device or software failures used by the player to access the platform.

In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, megakiss reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the original wager amount to the player once the investigation is complete.

8 Account Closure & Restriction

You have the right to close your megakiss account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, you must settle any active bets and ensure there are no pending withdrawal requests.
